Only participants who have won a prize through Omaze, and have chosen their prize on the Omaze website, will receive an email from Omaze directing them to this website to claim.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
You will have until 23:59pm 14th April to claim your prize, as stated in the email sent from Omaze.
I no longer like the prize I have chosen, can I swap it for something else?
Unfortunately, no. prizes can’t be exchanged for something of your own choice or cash.
When do I have to use my Hotel Credits voucher by?
31st December 2025.
